LIS Links invites self-nomination for the LIS Links Social Manager to respective states of India.

Eligibility:

a) The nominator/nominee should be paid members of LIS Links. If he/she is not a paid member, they can get the paid membership at: https://admin.lislinks.com/members 

c) As of the date of nomination, s/he should be a working professional in a permanent or contractual post in the particular state of India for which he/she applied.

Criteria for Selection:  The selection will be done based on his or her existing contribution to the LIS Links website.

Last Date of Nomination: 30/12/2023

Tenure: The tenure of the LIS Links Social Manager to respective states will be one year, from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Responsibilities

a) S/he will represent LIS Links at the respective state level WhatsApp group for which he/she is selected.

b) He or she will abide by the rules and regulations set by LIS Links for the WhatsApp group.

c) He or she will send all the relevant messages that he or she received from LIS Links Administrator or LIS Links Ambassador in the LIS Links WhatsApp group.

d) He or she will send all the relevant messages that he or she received from other members of the state in the LIS Links WhatsApp group.

Benefits

a) All the benefits offered to LIS Links Paid Members;

b) After successful completion of his or her tenure, he or she will be provided a certificate from LIS Links.

a) No duplicate posts.

b) Post only content related to LIS that include:

i) Upcoming events (seminars /conferences /workshops / trainings) in LIS;

ii) Notification for job vacancies in LIS;

iii) Notification for award, prize, scholarship, fellowship in LIS;

iv) Call for papers for edited books and journals in LIS;

v) Government circular related to LIS;

vi) LIS book reviews;

vii) Reports of events held in the LIS field;

viii) News related to LIS; and

ix) A survey questionnaire for research.

* One cannot use the LIS Links WhatsApp group to post their individual website, blog, YouTube channel, WhatsApp community, group, Telegram group, Facebook channel, and such others for promotional purposes. The violations of this rule will lead to a lifetime ban from all services of LIS Links.*
